We’ve just uploaded the next in our TBTV series of Bubscasts from 2014’s Thought Bubble convention! Footage from our panel celebrating 37 years of 2000 AD has now gone live, and can be viewed below – celebrating the past year of the galaxy’s greatest comic with some of the mighty Tharg’s best art and script droids, as well as a look ahead to what the future has in store. Guaranteed to be zarjaz!
This panel took place at 2014’s Thought Bubble convention on Saturday 15th November in the Speech Bubble panel area, with speakers Boo Cook, Simon Davis, Jon Davis-Hunt, Tom Eglington, Henry Flint, Chris Weston, Ben Willsher, and Alec Worley. Hosted by Stacey Whittle and Iz McAuliffe of Everything Comes Back to 2000 AD.
Filming at 2014’s festival was made possible in part by a generous grant from Arts Council England, http://www.artscouncil.org.uk
As part of last year’s Thought Bubble, we were awarded a very generous grant from Arts Council England in order to allow us to take video recordings of the panels and talks at 2014’s convention, and this is the latest video recording to go live.
After the jump, you can find the videos themselves, but for a playlist of all four videos that will autoplay consecutively, please click here. Please note: Thought Bubble does not control panel content.
We’ll be uploading lots of videos to our YouTube channel throughout the year, as 2015’s Thought Bubble approaches ever closer, so make sure to subscribe to our channel so you don’t miss any! You can find Thought Bubble’s YouTube channel by clicking here.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to all the people who took part in this panel, and also to our amazing technical coordinator Jip and his wonderful team of volunteers, without whom none of this would have been possible.
